DELIVERY
amstein pieces are made in small batches. orders open up before production starts. production normally takes around 8 weeks, though some pieces can take less time. once a batch is made, you may find a few pieces in stock on the website. keep an eye on the product page for specific details.

once production is complete, pieces are packed and posted out to you, taking the following shipping estimates – for uk 2-3 working days. for europe 5-7 working days, for worldwide 7-10 working days. you will receive an email with your tracking details.

customers outside of the uk may be charged taxes or duties fees, payable on receipt by the customer. some orders may experience customs delays. both these variables are unfortunately out of our control and we are unable to provide estimates.

variation
amstein products are made with natural materials that have natural variation, using hand made processes. no two products are exactly the same. on delivery, products may vary slightly from website images – exact shade of colour, variation across material surface or in hand finishes – expect and treasure these variations.

returns
we accept returns within 14 days of delivered goods. these can be found a new home using our waiting list. exchanges are unlikely as products are made to order, but worth checking.

returned goods can only be accepted in their original condition. our natural materials have a natural finish, so take great care when handling – goods that are marked, damaged or dirty cannot be accepted for a refund. please return items with their order sheet, in their original packaging and dust bag, with any card inserts and tags.

returns must be sent using a tracked and fully insured delivery service. please send notification of your return to hello@amstein.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your purchase, including your return tracking details, order number and reason for return.
